This is a case where we recommend using our deep cleaning method.

There are a few steps for deep cleaning your GuineaDad Liners.

  1. Flip the pocket so it is inside out.
  2. If you have a tub, plug the drain and turn on the water to either cold or warm water.
  3. If you don’t have a tub, you can use one of the large buckets that you find in most hardware stores. 5 gallon buckets work well.
  4. Fill the water high enough in either the tub or bucket so the kiner can be fully soaked.
  5. Let soak overnight.
  6. After soaking wring the liner out as much as you can.
  7. Place your soaked liners in your washing machine and follow normal washing instructions, which you can find here.

You can also read a more in depth explanation for why odor is happening here.
