We are happy to accept returns on unused and unwashed products.

To make a return of unwashed and unused GuineaDad Liners, Queen’s Castle, Crunchy Condo, & Offbeat Piggy Condo, please follow these steps.

1. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
2. Please note that personalized Queen’s Castles are not eligible for return and are not refundable.
3. Please carefully package all components of the products you are returning in a new shipping box.
4. Send and return the item within 30 days of delivery.

For food products (GuineaDad Hay and GuineaDad Organic Herbal Treats), we are unable to take back opened containers. 

To receive store credit, please follow these steps.

1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
2. We will then issue you a store credit.
