Travelling piggies 2.0

Cexacix
Hellooow again! i will be travelling again back home with my two piggies, Mortimer and Blu. But since its Easter period, the ticket for the fast train is 140 euros, and its a bit much for me right now. So i am considering the idea of travelling with the cheapest train, which is 40 euros. The thing is: it takes 9 hours to get to my house. I am afraid my piggies will be traumatized. :( they have already travelled many times, but maximum 7/8 hours. ps: this is where they will stay during the https://amzn.eu/d/d03qUJ5 its for cats, so its big.

Thank you for reaching out to me regarding your travel plans with your two adorable piggies, Mortimer and Blu. I can understand your concern about their well-being during the long journey, especially since they have never traveled for more than 7-8 hours before.

While the fast train may seem like the most comfortable option, I understand that the ticket price is a bit steep for you right now. However, 9 hours is a long time and it may cause unnecessary stress and discomfort for your piggies (I think it really depends on how they did on the 7 or 8 hour trips).

You could consider looking for alternative travel options that may be more affordable and comfortable for both you and your piggies. For instance, have you considered breaking up the journey into two parts and spending a night at a pet-friendly hotel midway? That way it would only be 4 hours per day.

Regarding the accommodation you have shared, I am glad to know that you have a large crate for your piggies to stay in during the journey. I would also recommend carrying a few familiar items such as their favorite toys, blankets, and food to make them feel more at home and reduce their anxiety, which I'm sure you will do.

I hope these suggestions are helpful, and you find a suitable travel option for your piggies. Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.
